There was absolutely no intent to mis-lead, but this picture is not from the country.
It's along main street in the historic district near where I live. Most of the buildings are 100+ years old and have been turned into shops.
This old barn is tucked back from the street. It just so happens there is a parking lot to the right and a tobacco shop to the left. Across the street is the fence seen in my "No Fear" photo.
I have the unique pleasure of living so close to this busy tourist area that is rich with history and has these magical pockets of beauty.
There are many times I view things as though I were looking though the lens of my camera. Now, I'm ready to share with you my views of the world around us.
I've said for years that if I could "do it all over again", I would have choosen photography as my career path. By the time I discovered my passion, I already had a college education that led to a good paying job. Giving that up to become a struggling artist is not appealing. Besides, I like what I currently do.
But I still wonder, what if I had chosen a different path?
I actively seek comments & critiques/suggestions. If you've got compliments, I'll take those too :)

Nice tranquil country scene.
What a beautiful sight!
Simply beautiful. Love that scene and colors - the red really contrasts well with the vibrant green.
