Too cute and it opens the mind to a whole bunch of different commentary. I can just hear the "cluck, cluck, clucking" as they carry on their merry way.
Thanks for stopping by my site too today! Happy WW!
Thanks so much for everyone's comments - I'm a comment junkie.
For Vixon: I have a Fugi FinePix F10 point & shoot. I'm saving for an DSLR, but for now, I think this camera works great!
By the way, the farm these chickens live at is way down the block and across the street (yes, there is a full working farm within a residential neighborhood). They are frequently wandering around outside the fence and even cross the road from time to time. But this time, they were really far away.
What a beautiful photo! How wonderfully romantic. And I love chickens!! For the last couple years I've been trying to convince the husband to get some.
Thanks for stopping by to comment on my WW post. And no, we didn't kill the mantis. =)
There are many times I view things as though I were looking though the lens of my camera. Now, I'm ready to share with you my views of the world around us.
I've said for years that if I could "do it all over again", I would have choosen photography as my career path. By the time I discovered my passion, I already had a college education that led to a good paying job. Giving that up to become a struggling artist is not appealing. Besides, I like what I currently do.
But I still wonder, what if I had chosen a different path?
I actively seek comments & critiques/suggestions. If you've got compliments, I'll take those too :)

Wow, those chickens have really good taste in housing!
Oh...I think they escaped on purpose and they're out having some fun! Love the background...so picturesque. Enjoy the day.
How cute. I grew up with chickens and they were constantly wandering around lost. Reminds me of home.
Chickens are so cute :) Such a colorful picture. They fit right in and don't look lost at all.

I love this shot. Welcome to your first WW. The colors are so rich in this shot, what kind of camera do you have?

Love this photo! :)
I think they are just out for a stroll, maybe a little shopping and then lunch back at the hen house!
Cool photo.

Very lovely ladies that shouldn't be wandering around without someone to protect them.. However, they seem to be enjoying themselves..
Cool Pic! Love it!
What a terrific shot! It looks more like a painting than a photograph. Very fun! :D
Great Picture, what a beautiful yard/porch.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the 'Ladies'. I'm not much into country decor but I would so hang this up somewhere!

The hens look a wee bit out of place there. :) lol
That's priceless - you can just hear them chattering a bit anxiously about that wrong turning they took somewhere.
